Brief

Design and deliver Asana’s first fully global Sales Kickoff, bringing together teams from around the world to align on strategy, build confidence, and energize the organization for FY25. The experience needed to feel cohesive, motivating, and unmistakably Asana, while supporting three days of dense enablement and connection.

Development

We created a flexible creative system anchored in the theme Win Big, designed to scale across mainstage moments, breakouts, activations, and social events. The visual direction emphasized growth, momentum, and playfulness, with typography and environments that expanded and shifted throughout the event to mirror personal and collective ambition.

Final

Over three days in Orlando, the Sales Kickoff came to life as a fully immersive experience, blending strategic storytelling, customer voices, hands-on activations, and moments of celebration. From mainstage to lounges to social events, every touchpoint reinforced clarity on how we would win together in FY25.
