Brief

Create Asana’s flagship global event series that brings together executives, customers, and partners to explore the future of human and AI coordination. The experience needed to establish Asana as the thought leader in collaborative work management while driving enterprise pipeline and executive mindshare.

Development

We designed a flexible event identity and experiential system that could scale globally while evolving year over year. Grounded in a clear creative strategy, the Work Innovation Summit brought together stage design, environmental graphics, immersive activations, and editorial storytelling to create a cohesive, high-impact brand moment across New York and EMEA.

Final

Work Innovation Summit launched as a premium, multi-city experience spanning keynotes, executive programming, hands-on demos, and immersive brand activations. From the opening sequence to the expo floor, every touchpoint reinforced Asana’s leadership in modern work and AI-driven coordination.
