Brief
Launch Sunshine, Zendesk’s new CRM platform, and signal the company’s evolution beyond customer support software. The campaign needed to introduce a new offering while reframing Zendesk’s position in a highly competitive CRM category.

Development
We designed a flexible OOH system built around the Zendesk symbol, reimagined through light- and sun-inspired visual treatments. By showing the logo in multiple expressions, the campaign communicated transformation and momentum, reinforcing that Zendesk had something new to offer.

Final
Sunshine launched with a citywide OOH presence that leaned into humor, color, and confident messaging. The campaign included a high-visibility takeover near the Salesforce Transit Center, using cheeky copy to challenge category norms and introduce Sunshine with clarity and edge.
